Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Love Echo Lounge mobile application ("App") operated by Love Echo Lounge ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Love Echo Lounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our App.
2. Age Requirement
Love Echo Lounge is intended for users 18 years of age and older. By using this App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts if we discover underage users.
3. User Account
Love Echo Lounge uses device-based authentication (no email/password required). You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your device. You agree to:
- Provide an accurate display name and honest profile information
- Maintain the security of your device
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Chat Rooms & Community Guidelines
When using voice and text chat rooms, you agree NOT to:
- Share sexual, explicit, or pornographic content
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Share personal information of others without consent
- Promote violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities
- Spam, advertise, or solicit other users
- Impersonate other users or public figures
- Share content that violates any law or third-party rights
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt our services

5. Voice Chat Rooms
Voice chat rooms are public spaces that may be monitored by our moderation team. Entry to premium rooms may require Points. We reserve the right to:
- Mute or remove users from rooms
- Monitor rooms for safety and compliance
- Create, modify, or remove rooms at any time
6. Private Calls & Messages
Private voice calls deduct Points per minute from the caller. Incoming calls are free. Private text messages are free between friends. We reserve the right to review messages for moderation purposes.
7. Points System
- Points are virtual currency with no real monetary value
- Points are non-transferable between accounts
- Points are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to modify point costs and packages at any time
- In-app purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to their terms
8. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create. By posting content on Love Echo Lounge, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and display that content to provide our services. This includes displaying your messages and name to other users in rooms you join.
9. Intellectual Property
The Love Echo Lounge app, name, logo, and all content created by us are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or content without permission.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, Community Guidelines, or Safety Standards. Blocked users may submit an appeal through the app.
11. Disclaimers
Love Echo Lounge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- The accuracy or reliability of any content posted by users
- That the app will meet your specific requirements
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Love Echo Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, loss of points, or damages resulting from user interactions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. You agree to contact us before initiating any legal proceedings.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
